How much will my recruitment site cost?

The base price for your recruitment website is $2,500, but we are currently offering a $500 volume discount to NextHome franchise owners. Several add-ons and upgrades are available, but the base model is a complete and effective solution for many franchises. A down payment of $1,250 is required to begin your project, and the balance is due immediately prior to your site going live.

How long will it take to complete my recruitment website?

Every project varies, but the average is about six weeks. Once you provide all of the necessary content that is specific to your brokerage, it typically takes us about three weeks to design, develop and launch a project.

What if I need to make changes after the site goes live?

The launch phase of your project includes a 1-hour remote training session. Our websites are built on the WordPress platform, which is notoriously easy to navigate. You will be able to make small updates on your own without any assistance. If you want to make bigger changes, or just don’t want to deal with it at all, we are available on an hourly basis to help in any way you require!

What other expenses should I know about?

You’ll need a domain for your new recruitment website ($10-$20 per year), and stock photography typically costs around $50-$100 per project.
