Are Your Clients Impressed?

Your website often makes your first impression on potential new clients. It needs to convey a visual representation of your brand, your team, and your expertise. In the real estate industry, a website also needs to include the online tools that home buyers and sellers expect from a modern, technologically-minded brokerage: MLS/IDX feeds, open house listings, featured properties, agent rosters, home valuations, and more.

When it comes to creating a custom, fully-featured website, the challenge for most independent brokerages is cost. That’s part of why you partnered with NextHome in the first place: their fully integrated technology platform provides all of the tools and functionality you need to thrive in a highly competitive industry, including a do-it-yourself website building tool. But sometimes, you don’t have the time or the technological prowess to leverage those tools to create the kind of website that will give you a leg up over your competition.

That’s why we’ve partnered with NextHome to create a premium, “hybrid” brokerage website offering. By combining our modern web designs, the economies of scale of NextHome’s national franchise model, and their proprietary technology platform, we can elevate your website to the next level at a fraction of the cost that your competitors are paying!

BAZINGA! solutions is NextHome’s preferred vendor for website development. Since we began our partnership with NextHome in 2014, we have launched dozens of projects for franchisees across the country.

Your recruitment website should perfectly reflect your brokerage, your geographic area, and your management style. As part of your project, we’ll go through as many iterations of graphic design as are necessary to make sure your site looks perfect.

Search Engine Optimization

When we launch your brokerage website, we’ll make sure it is set up to rank as highly as possible in search engine results.

When you link to your new brokerage website on Facebook or Twitter, it will automatically display a custom-tailored image and message.

Half of your potential customers will use their smartphones or tablets to learn about your brokerage, so we’ll make sure your website looks and acts flawlessly on any device and in any browser.

Every brokerage website we sell includes Google Analytics integration. Track how many people visit your site, how many are return visitors, their geographic location, their device type, and more!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much will my hybrid brokerage site cost?

The base price for your hybrid brokerage website is $3,000, but we are currently offering a $500 volume discount to NextHome franchise owners. Several add-ons and upgrades are available, but the base model is a complete and effective solution for many franchises. A down payment of $1,500 is required to begin your project, and the balance is due immediately prior to your site going live.

How long will it take to complete my hybrid brokerage website?

Every project varies, but the average is about six weeks. Once you provide all of the necessary content that is specific to your brokerage, it typically takes us about three weeks to design, develop and launch a project.

How do I make changes after the site goes live?

The launch phase of your project includes a 1-hour remote training session. Our websites are built on the WordPress platform, which is notoriously easy to navigate. You will be able to make small updates on your own without any assistance. If you want to make bigger changes, or just don’t want to deal with it at all, we are available on an hourly basis to help in any way you require!

What other expenses should I know about?

You will need a web hosting service for your hybrid brokerage site. We offer hosting at $20/month (billed in 6-month or 12-month increments), but you are not required to host with us. Additionally, stock photography typically costs around $50-$100 per project.

Brokerage Demo

To help you visualize your new brokerage website, we’ve built out two fully functional demos. The first demo includes all of the panels in the base configuration, and the second demo reflects the “expanded” option, which has more options and custom pages. Be sure to browse both demos on all of your computer, your tablet, and your smartphone to see the responsive design in action!
